I do love South East Asia, but I don’t like the sticky weather. That’s why I don’t like the Japanese summer either! Hahaha.
さてさて、先日投稿したソーシャルレンディングの記事でもお伝えした通り、一部ファンドの貸付金が、募集要項に書かれていた使用目的とは異なる事に使用された事が発覚したグリーンインフラレンディング。やっと今後の動向が発表されました！
As I posted the article about P2P lendings, Green Infra lending has been investigating that, one of the the funds used the money on undescribed purposes. They finally announced the verdict!
はい…という事で、残念ながらファンドの募集は停止、そして新規投資家の登録も停止という結果になりました！う〜ん、ここは利回りが高かったし、コンセプトも大変気に入っていたので、残念ですね。
とりあえず、今運用中のファンドがどうなっていくのか、また投資しているお金はちゃんと戻ってくるのか心配ですが、今後の動向に依然目が離せないですね。
Oh boy… Unfortunately, they stop their services, and they won’t accept new investors! I really like Green Infra lending, as their yield is pretty high, and their concept was good.
I’m bit worried about my money, and the funds which have been already running. I’ve got to keep my eyes on it.
今まで、ソーシャルレンディングは融資先が匿名化されており、これは投資家には大きな不安要素でした。しかし、金融庁はこの匿名化を今年度中にも廃止する様、業界団体に働きかけるそうです！

Up till now, directions of financing have been anonymous, and this has been a worry for investors. However, Financial Services Agency announced that P2P lending companies need to revel the names of directions of financing!
I do hope the industry will grow up, as the laws have been brushed up!
さて、今回はグリーンインフラレンディングの続報を手短にお伝えしました。一つの優良な投資先が無くなってしまうのは残念ですが、情報の公開化が進めば、さらに安心して投資できる様になるので、期待しましょう。
