SNSに投稿済みなのですが、急遽タイに行って来ました。今回は2週間と日本の社会人にとっては、ちょっとばかり長めの期間で旅して来ました。
働き方改革で、今後は正月やお盆休みに有給をくっ付けて、2週間位連続で休みを取得される方も多くなってくるのでは？と思っております。今年から、５日間の有給取得が義務化されてますからね！
という事で、今回は 旅を豪華に過ごすギア をご紹介して行きます！
ちなみに僕は、昔からガンガンと有給を取る人だったので、今後も気兼ねなく活用して行きますw

I already tweeted about my trip to Thailand. As I’ve got a new job, that starts from November, so I’ve been in Thailand for nearly 2weeks.
A 2-weeks-trip may sound “too short” for some people, but it’s a pretty long holiday for the Japanese… But! the law has changed, so we have to take at least 5 paid vacation days per year.
I’m going to write about my recommended gears, that make your trip more comfortable !
パッキングのコツ / Hints for packing
まず始めに、過去記事にも書きましたパッキングの方法。さらっとおさらいすると…
・「なに」を「どこ」に入れるかルールを作っておく。
・衣類や下着類はスタッフバッグに入れてまとめる。
上記2点を抑えると、パッキングが早くなり、また綺麗に収まる様になります！
今回は、パッキングの様子をタイムラプスで撮ってみました。

I always stick to these rules, and I feel I’m quite good at packing. This time, I took a timelapse for fun.
今回は、カンチャナブリ＆ホアヒンでゆっくりする2週間の旅です。僕の旅のスタイルですが予定を詰め込んで、ガッツリ観光と言う事はせずに、一か所に最低2〜3泊、長い時は同じ場所に1ヶ月滞在したりもします。
旅のスタイルは、初めて長旅に出た頃から変わっていませんね…今も昔も沈没型が好みですw
今回のパッキングでは、友人へのお土産の焼酎＆医薬品が重いので、カバンの下に収納しました。登山時は、重い物は上に収納するのがルールですが、このOSPREY MERIDIAN 75Lは、重い物を上に収納すると、バランスが悪くなり転倒しやすくなります。スーツケースなどキャスター付きのカバンでは、重い物は下に収納しましょう！

When you go trekking, heavy things are kept on the top of your backpack. However, I had a pack of Shochu for my friend and it was pretty heavy. I put this heavy Shochu at the bottom, because if you put a heavy thing on the top of OSPREY MERIDIAN 75L, the bag looses its balance, so easy to fall down. That’s why you should store heavy things at the bottom of this travel bag!
今回は、20kgちょうどに収まっていました！Mammutのバックには、財布やパスポート、タブレットなどの小物類を入れてあります。小さいけど、結構収納容量があってオススメの一品です。
ドライバッグ機能も付いているので、突然の雨でも貴重品が濡れ辛くなっていて、本当にオススメのウエストバッグですよ！

This time, my backpack was just 20kg! There are wallet and passport etc… in Mammut’s bag. This bag is small, but you can put many things!I put my big wallet, tablet, passport and so on… I really love it.
Many people like to travel with minimal stuff, but I prefer to stay comfortably on my oversea trips, so I have many small gadgets with me! Anyway, I would like to introduce my recommended travel gears!

タイなど東南アジアのホテルの部屋には、イスが備え付けられているんですが、木製の硬くて背もたれが90度で座り心地が悪いイスがほとんど。もしくは、背もたれが着いていないケースが多いので、PC作業をしようにも座りづらくて作業が一向に捗らない…事が多々ありました。
また、今回はホアヒンのビーチでゆっくりと本を読もうと思っていたので、以前から購入しようと決意していた、こちらの座椅子を購入しました！
Many trekkers have this item I guess. Crazy Creek is from USA, and their folding chair is famous amongst trekkers.
Many hotels in South East Asia use wooden chairs, but they are pretty hard, so you can’t sit for a long time. Other case is, chairs do not have a backrest… That’s why you can’t concentrate on working on your laptop.
I wanted to read books on the beach in Huahin, that’s why I decided to buy this chair!
こんな感じに背もたれの無い椅子に、こちらのクレイジークリークの座椅子を置くだけで、快適な椅子に早変わりです！
バンコクの定宿には、このタイプの椅子しか無くていつもPC作業がし辛いな…と思っていたので、本当にこのアイテムを持って来て良かったと初日から実感致しましたw
As you can see, by using the Crazy creek’s chair, you can sit comfortably! I was so glad to bling this chair with me.

よく、ホテルのベッドの上で座りながらテレビを見たり、PC作業しませんか？背中と腰に枕を置いて、壁に寄り掛かかる事あると思うんですが、ドンドンと腰がずり落ちて行って姿勢が悪くなっちゃうんですよね。
今回は、ベッドの上や背もたれの無いイス、また念願のビーチでの読書の際に非常に活躍してくれたこちらの座椅子は、登山好きのみならず、キャンプや旅行好きの方にオススメの一品です！

Do you sit on a bed to watch TV or work on your laptop? I guess, you put pillows on your back, but your hip is sliding… then you get a bad posture.
On this time trip, this chair worked really well on a bed, on a chair which doesn’t have a backrest, and for sure on the beach as well! If you are into trekking, camping, and traveling, you must have it!
肝心の重さも600グラムと、気にならない重さだと思います。600グラムであの快適さを得られると思えば、持ち運ぶのも全く苦になりませんよ！僕の友人は、家に泊まりに来る際にもこちらの座椅子を持参して来ますw
I’m sure you are worried about the weight aye? This chair is just 600g, so it doesn’t bother you to carry it around! You can get a very comfortable time with this chair. My friend always brings it when he visits me! Hahaha.
チャコのサンダル！ / Chaco’s sandals
旅行に出掛けると観光に食事にと、歩く事が普段に比べると圧倒的に多くなると思います。ソールが薄いお洒落を追求したデザインの物だと、長時間歩くと足へのダメージがとても大きくなり、また腰痛持ちの方はその影響が腰にまで出てしまい、 旅先でギックリ腰を発症 …と言うケースも結構良く耳にします。

Next, I would like to introduce the sandals. When you travel in South East Asia, sandals are essential items.
While you are traveling, you walk more than usual don’t you? Many tourists want to wear thin sole sandals as they are light, but they make your legs painful or much worse case scenario, you might get a strained back…
On my previous post, I wrote about how to reduce the risk of getting a back pain while traveling in South East Asia, so if you haven’t read it, please give it a try!
チャコのサンダルには、様々なシリーズが有りますがオススメなのは、こちらのZヴォルブです。
定番のクラシックシリーズもデザインはカッコいいんですが、長年履き続けている友人曰くちょっと重いのが玉にキズ…との事です。
長時間歩くと、前脛骨筋（脛骨の横にある筋肉で、足首の上下運動に関係しています。）が凝ってくる感じがするとの事です。こちらのZヴォルブは、そんな悩みから改良された軽量モデルになっています！
また、最近販売されているソール部分が柔らかい素材のモデルですが、これまた別の友人が所有していまして、ソール部分の耐久性が低く、既にポロポロと素材が剥がれて来てしまっています。
僕は、こちらのZヴォルブを2年履いていますが、ソールのヘタリもほとんど有りません！
There are many series of Chaco’s sandals, but I highly recommend this Z Volv. Let me tell you why!
The most well-known Classic series look pretty cool, but they are bit heavy. Thus, when you walk a lot, you could feel your tibialis anterior muscles are pretty tired. (Based on my friend’s story, he’s been wearing them for over 3 years.)
Z Volv series were made from this problem, so they are light-weighted!
Please do be careful that, now Chaco has released the more comfortable series, which have soft soles. However, the durability is pretty disappointing. Another my friend has been wearing them, but the soles are easily break to pieces…
I’ve been wearing Z Volv for over 2 years, they are still no problem at all!
今回、カンチャナブリで
エラワンの滝に遊びに行きましたが、Zヴォルブのサンダルがかなり活躍してくれました！滑る様な事は全く有りませんでした。
他のツーリストは、大体ビーチサンダルやスニーカーなどで歩いていましたが、上に行くにつれて道が険しくなり、水の中を歩かなくてはならないので、チャコの様なしっかりとしたストラップ付きのサンダルだと問題なくスイスイと登れましたよ！
最後の注意点ですが、親指にループを通すモデルの方がしっかりと踏ん張れるので、ガンガンとアウトドアで使う方に是非オススメです！ちなみに親指のループがあるモデルでも、厚手の靴下を履いて問題なく着用する事が可能です。

Erawan waterfall this time, and my Z Volv really did a great job! These sandals really stick to rocks, so I felt quite safe.
Other people were wearing beach sandals or sneakers. But, the more you walk up, the trail gets rougher. You need to walk in the water too, that’s why Z Volv is highly recommended.
Last but not least, the sandals which have thumb holes are more solid, so if you plan to use them for outdoor activities, choose the ones with thumb holes! FYI, you can wear thick socks with Z Volv with thumb holes!

今回は旅やキャンプに持って行くと、かなり役立つ僕のオススメのギアをご紹介しました。
・クレイジークリークの座椅子は、リクライニング角度を調節出来て腰への負担がかなり軽減されます！重さもたったの600グラム！
・チャコのZヴォルブシリーズは、軽量化されているので長時間歩いても疲れにくいです！親指を通すループがあるモデルの方が、険しい道を歩く際に安心です！
以上、今回はこちらの2アイテムをご紹介しました！両アイテム共に、旅行のみならず登山・キャンプシーンでもかなり活躍しますので、オススメ出来るアイテムです。
